Transition Year 4 to 5 2023
Welcome to our Transition Page. We are very much looking forward to welcoming all our New Year 5 pupils to Aston Fields when they join us in September. We have been busy contacting your first school to discover more about everyone and to help make transition as smooth as possible.
On this page, you will find lots of information about what to expect when you arrive at Aston Fields Middle School and we will be adding some more information very soon, including updated videos and an essential equipment list, so please keep looking on here over the coming days.
We hope these resources will help all pupils to feel more prepared and informed, as September approaches. Tuesday, 5th September 2023 will be an Induction Day for Year 5 pupils only, when we will be able to welcome them to the school, help them familiarise themselves with their new surroundings and meet their new teachers and friends.
