Each half term, Directors of Year Groups nominate two pupils to receive the reward of hot chocolate & cookies with Mrs Hales for showing outstanding character.
This half term pupils who enjoyed this reward on Wednesday 15th July 2026 were Year 5 Eliza and Logan, Year 6 Abi and Will, Year 7 Imogen and Harrison and Year 8 Charlotte and Marley.

This week, pupils in both Key Stage 2 & 3 took part in our annual prize giving events. Many pupils were rewarded for their service, hard work and diligence.
In addition, two pupils in Year 6 received the Foster Cup for perseverance and determination over their first two years at Aston Fields Middle School. This year, the cup went to Bella B & Tory U for their determination to improve and dedication to learning in spite of challenges.
In Year 8, the Wheelton Cup for service to the school went to Adam B & Nora C. Both are amazing role models for our pupils and encapsulate the spirit of the school.
Congratulations to all four cup winners and to the many other pupils rewarded this year. Every year, it gets harder and we are grateful and proud of all our pupils. Well done on a fantastic year!

Thank you for all your support with our Book Fair and annual Sponsored Ramble. Both events were a huge success! We raised over £1,000 from the Book Fair, and so far, more than £400 has been raised through the Sponsored Ramble. Thank you for helping make these events such a success.
